Shut in book5/17/2023 What happened to them or where are they now? It was odd. She also doesn’t talk much about her parents. Like she was all alone all day in her apartment. I could relate to her situation a little bit. Otherwise, I think it would’ve been a boring book. It was not that much heavy but still it was there and I'm very grateful for that. There was nothing special in the writing. Now she has to convince police about the killer with having no proves and also before the killer gets her first. But killer gets the drone down and finds out about her. But one day, she witnesses a murder and now she tries to chase down the killer. Our lead is house bound due to her allergy, so she sees the outer world via eye of drone. I got why it was killing the 6 people but couldn't get the reason of the last one. Maybe I'm dumb or misread something, but I couldn't understand the reason of killing one person. Very few books care about our villains.□. It's still here but rare.Īs a character I liked her and sympathized with her. I thought it would exist only if Ozone layer wasn't present. ![]() It was my first time reading this type of allergy. I tried this little business book venture and decided these cookie cutter thrillers were not worth my time. And there are more at the end, things that you realize, reading the book is waaaay more worthy than watching the movie.Last summer I tried one of James Patterson's Bookshot books The Hostage and the little novella ended up being a semi-decent 2.5 star read. The twists are different, and the reason for the whole thing is beyond ethical. The plaintiff lawyer is hardly mentioned. As you read on, Grisham does a pretty good job convincing you that although cigarettes are a free choice, tobacco companies should be held responsible for promoting to younger consumers. So the masters playing here are smoke masters. Celeste Wood is an old woman, who watched her husbandĭie of cigarettes. Not only John Grisham challenges a more challenging consumer’s market, but as well, Celeste Wood has been a widow for a while now. And there is a strong dialog, that the conversation that occurred between the main characters in the toilet during recess, was probably one of the strongest dialogs I had ever heard on screen. ![]() You can easily see where the lawyers are coming from when then defend the newly widowed Celeste Wood. Selling arms at low prices, or without attendance. But the movie establishes a strong trial, and holds the gun masters responsible for You cannot anticipate the ending of the movie until the last scenes. ![]() The main characters involved Dusten Hofman as the plaintiff’s lawyer, and Jene Hackman as Fitch, the bad guy behind gun companies, trying to buy the jury. I have to say, that this is one of the best plots I have read or watched in a while, the movie’s plot is amazing, the way it has been put out is just what I love about movies.
